Bringing Seven Levels home.
Seven Levels began in Dubai in 2021, but the thinking behind it had been developing through many years of working with leaders and teams across different organisations, cultures and countries.
Dubai gave Seven Levels its start and shaped much of the international perspective we bring to our work today. The UK is home for me, and where I began my career, so establishing Seven Levels here feels in many ways like bringing the business home.
What has remained constant is the belief that understanding people more deeply can create better leadership, stronger teams and better experiences of work. Seven Levels UK builds on those foundations for organisations across the UK and Europe, while retaining the international perspective that has always shaped our work.
