High-performance teams are teams that can produce mo than the sum of their parts. They deliver value for the business, exceed their goals and create impact beyond the contribution of any one individual.

A thriving culture is no longer a 'nice-to-have'. It influences how people make decisions, how leaders behave, how teams work together and ultimately how effectively an organisation performs.

In my research into authenticity and female leadership, I have heard claims that there is no longer a gender issue and that men may in fact struggle more with authenticity than women.
