The challenge

For InventX ME 2026, Capgemini wanted to create a shared experience for 140 people across different grades, functions and geographies. With only 2.5 hours and a late-day slot, the session needed to generate energy quickly while creating meaningful connection, collaboration and participation across a large, diverse group.

Our approach

Seven Levels designed a facilitated experience for 12 deliberately mixed teams, combining values exploration, creative problem-solving and increasingly complex team challenges.

The experience included a creative opening to establish team identity and connection; a company values constellation to explore how participants related to the organisation’s values; Galactic Assembly, a collaborative construction challenge requiring teams to interpret instructions, coordinate and create together; a performance challenge that shifted the fastest participants into advisory roles; and a final obstacle and relay challenge requiring trust, communication and collective coordination.

The activities were designed to make team behaviour visible in real time - how people communicate, adapt, share responsibility, use expertise and respond when conditions change - while creating stronger connections across organisational boundaries.
