The challenge

Omnium had grown quickly, with the demands of client delivery taking priority over formal leadership development.

As the organisation expanded, employees were having very different experiences of management and there was no shared understanding of what it meant to be an Omnium manager.

Our approach

We designed a comprehensive leadership development journey for 60 people, differentiated by level and grounded in the reality of the Omnium business.

Senior leaders completed a six-day development programme, while junior managers participated in a focused two-day journey.

The work combined leadership development with Leadership Values Map and CliftonStrengths assessments, helping leaders understand themselves more deeply while building greater consistency in how leadership was experienced across the organisation.
