The challenge

Red Bull Egypt had welcomed numerous new people into the organisation over the previous year.

With 22 managers and 43 employees, the opportunity was to strengthen connection across the team, support more effective collaboration and increase individual self-awareness as the organisation continued to evolve.

Our approach

We began with an intake survey for managers and a Team Culture Assessment across the wider organisation, creating a clearer picture of how the team was experiencing its culture.

Managers then came together for a two-day Team Acceleration intervention, using the diagnostic findings to understand the team's dynamics, interpret the culture they were creating and consider their own responsibility for shaping it.

The third day brought the whole organisation together around the team's core values.

Drawing on Red Bull's naturally creative and energetic culture, the experience combined deeper reflection with acting, filming, creative challenges, presentations and celebration, turning the team's values into something people could actively experience together.
